Pillow comfort is such a personal preference.  Our pure new Merino Wool Pillows come filled with 700g of wool kernels, for a medium firm feel, but if that's not firm enough for you, you can customise the fill to suit your needs.  (If you like a softer, flatter pillow, it's just as easy to remove more kernels until you get it just right!).
