USA - Still Shipping
We're still processing and dispatching ALL of our mainland USA orders as speedily as usual, and we dispatch daily, Monday - Saturday [*Saturday mail is collected by Royal Mail at 12 noon]
International orders placed before 13.00hrs (GMT) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 13.00hrs (GMT) on a Friday will be dispatched either Saturday morning, if possible, or the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT THE COVID-19 CRISIS CONTINUES TO HAVE AN IMPACT ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMESCALES.
Normal postal services worldwide - due to airline capacity, local increased border controls, regional lockdowns and in-country operational restrictions implemented by local mail operators - can be disrupted, and are constantly changing.
We therefore cannot guarantee at this time how long it will take for you to receive your order, and it may take longer than the normal delivery timescales given below. We ask for and thank you for your patience and understanding of the circumstances we are all dealing with at present.

We currently ship from Scotland to mainland USA using fully Tracked & Signed For shipping services, for your peace of mind.
Orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same working day, and most items will arrive within 7 working days of dispatch (though some destinations may take a little longer).
COSTS/SERVICES
In line with our policy of offering fair shipping fees to all, our International customers benefit from discounted flat rate shipping fees for these services, based on 6 weight bands. Your exact cost will display before checkout.

- 0 - 0.25 kg = 1 pc Baby / Kids item
- 0.25 - 0.5 kg = 2 pc Baby item / 1 pair Adult slippers
- 0.5 - 0.75 = 1 pr Kids slippers / 1 pr Adult slippers (up to EU41)
- 0.75 - 1 kg = 2 pr Kids slippers / 1 pr Adult slippers (EU42 - EU47)
- 1 - 2 kg = 2 pr Adult slippers (all sizes) / Single Sheepskin
- 2 - 10 kg = Multiple orders 3+ of Kids/Adult slippers / Multiple Sheepskins / Large Sheepskin Rugs

Once a Tracking Number has been provided, you can track and manage your delivery:

WHERE’S MY ORDER?
If your package hasn’t arrived when you expected it to:
- First, please check the expected delivery time from date of dispatch in the table above
- Then, please check the tracking information for your package on the service provider’s website (see above), and follow any instructions for collection or re-delivery as required.
- Once your item has left the UK, tracking information will normally pass to your National Post Carrier, so please check with them too - Royal Mail will provide a link to their website when you follow the link above, if relevant.
