EU/International Shipping
We process and dispatch all of our customers' orders as speedily as possible, and we dispatch daily, Monday - Friday.
Please note: estimated delivery timeframes for our postage options do not constitute a guarantee by Royal Mail or ourselves that your parcel will arrive within those timescales.
We therefore cannot guarantee how long it will take for you to receive your order, and it may take longer than the estimated delivery timescales given below. We ask for and thank you for your patience and understanding of these circumstances.
* Locally applied custom taxes/duties in destination countries are not included in our shipping fees, and are the responsibilty of the addressee. All International orders will have the appropriate custom's paperwork and codes applied by us upon dispatch. (Please note that we cannot mark international orders as a 'gift' in customs paperwork!).
NORMAL SHIPPING SERVICES, COSTS, TIMESCALES & TRACKING
We currently ship from Scotland to all EU/EEA countries using fully Tracked & Signed For courier services, for your peace of mind.
International orders placed before 13.00hrs will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 13.00hrs on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
COSTS/SERVICES
In line with our policy of offering fair shipping fees to all, our International customers benefit from discounted flat rate shipping fees for these services, based on 7 weight bands. Your exact cost will display before checkout.

- 0 - 0.25 kg = 1 pc Baby / Kids item
- 0.25 - 0.5 kg = 2 pc Baby item / 1 pair Kids' slippers
- 0.5 - 0.75 = 1 pr Kids slippers / 1 pr Adult slippers (up to EU41)
- 0.75 - 1 kg = 2 pr Kids slippers / 1 pr Adult slippers (EU42 - EU47)
- 1 - 2 kg = 2 pr Adult slippers (all sizes) / Single Sheepskin
- 2 - 10 kg = Multiple orders 3+ of Kids/Adult slippers / Multiple Sheepskins / Large Sheepskin Rugs

TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive a live link to the tracking information for your package in your dispatch confirmation email from us, and you will also receive an email or text message from the delivery partner with a tracking link. This will take you straight to our shipping partners' websites, where you will be able to follow your order's journey and manage your delivery options.
Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch confirmation for Tracking Numbers to become live on their systems.
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
If your package hasn’t arrived when you expected it to:
- First, check the expected delivery time from date of dispatch in the table above;
- Please do not rely on a 'Something for You' card being left by the delivery person - this does not always happen.
- Then, please check the tracking information for your package on the service provider’s website (see above), and follow any instructions for collection or re-delivery as required.
- Once your item has left the UK, tracking information will normally pass to your National Post Carrier, so please check with them too - Royal Mail will provide a link to their website when you follow the link above, if relevant.
- We do not provide individual delivery updates or arrange redeliveries for customers, so if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please use your tracking link and the online delivery options as appropriate.
