For all of our shipping services, a live tracking link will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email, and this should be used to track your parcel and manage your delivery options, book redeliveries, etc., online directly with Royal Mail.  We do not provide individual delivery updates or arrange redeliveries for customers, so if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please use your tracking link and the online delivery options as appropriate.
