Orders placed after 12 Noon on 23/12/24 and 31/12/24 will be dispatched on the next day we are open.

For all of our shipping services, a live tracking link will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email, and this should be used to track your parcel and manage your delivery options, book redeliveries, etc., online directly with Royal Mail.  We cannot provide individual delivery updates or arrange redeliveries for customers, so if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please use your tracking link and the online delivery options as appropriate.

All International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For, and full tracking is provided by Royal Mail and their in-country delivery partners.

International orders may also be subject to additional customs checks post-Brexit, which can delay delivery.  If your parcel does not arrive when expected, please use your live tracking link and the online delivery options as appropriate.
