Relugan Sheepskin Belt

Our Medical Sheepskin Belt is made from 100% genuine British sheepskin tanned with Relugan®, a chrome-free tanning system. The fleece is exceptionally soft, dense, and springy, providing gentle support and helping to protect against pressure sores for those at risk of tissue breakdown or wheelchair users. Naturally hypoallergenic and thermo-regulating, it keeps warmth without overheating.
The reverse side is finished with high-quality polar fleece (200 g/m²) — a quick-drying, hydrophobic fabric that’s elastic, crease-resistant, and smooth against the skin.
