They're passionate about crafting exquisitely flavoured, organic, vegan and vegetarian single origin chocolate, ethically sourced from Colombia.  Production begins at source in Colombia - ensuring more wealth is retained in their developing economy - before being finished in Edinburgh.  They visit the farmers who produce the cacao for their products every year, and work with them to improve cultivation processes so that they can maximise their yield and income.
